Introduction
Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU / e), with support from Shell centenary Scholarship Fund (TSCSF), provides scholarships to students from the gifted postgraduate developing countries. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide students the opportunity to study the TU / e and with the ability to make long-term contribution to the further development of their country.

Eligible students
Candidates for these scholarships should normally be:

* Aged 35 years or below;
* Resolve to learn a subject which has become an important value in assisting sustainable development in their home countries;
* Not common as academic ability to easily find a place in the MSc programs of their choice;
* Being fluent in speaking and written English;
* Both current and former employees of Royal Dutch / Shell Group companies.
* Currently enrolled at the TU / e program.

State eligible
Students who are citizens and residents of any country other than the following may apply for a scholarship: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy , Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.

Students must also devote to return and get settled in their home country / country of residence after completion of the MSc program in the Netherlands.

Cost covered
This is what called ‘full scholarship amount’ which means that students will still be given money which usually covers tuition, international travel, life and other costs.

Some scholarships are available?
6 scholarships are available for students who master only the start of their 1-year study of master’s in 2007/2008 academic year. There are also 6 scholarships for 2nd year € ™ s Masterâ students, given their 1-year scholarship in 2006.

Duration of the scholarship
Duration of the Master degree with a maximum of two years.

Application Procedures
All students who register for the TU / e masterâ € ™ s program will automatically include the methods of selection of the scholarship. Students must apply for entry to the TU / e masterâ € ™ s program before March 1, 2007.

Successful scholarship candidates will be notified in mid-June 2007.

Please note:

* Scholarships awarded for specific Masterâ € ™ s program for the 2007/2008 academic year and not be transferred to another Masterâ € ™ s programs or other academic years.
* Scholarships are not available to students enrolled in the TU / e.
